Theme: Why Mental Health Matters To Me
Categories: 2-D, Photography and Video
All artwork may include words;
All media are accepted (e.g., pencil, ink, charcoal, crayon, collage); and
Artwork must be no larger than 11x17 inches.
Photos cannot show a person’s face; and
Photos should have 300 resolution or higher.
Must be an original video, no longer than 120 seconds;
May submit as an individual or team of five or less; and
Each participant whose face is shown must complete an entry form.
Eligibility: Open to all students in Pre-K to 12th grade in Hawaii public schools and public charter schools. Pre-K students may enter as a class.

Entry must be submitted by Monday, April 15, 2019.
Completed entry form and 2-D/photography artwork must be mailed to:
